Upcoming events : We will be set up in the parking lot located at 3730 S. Noland Rd. Independence Mo. 64055 our days of operation will be Thursday-Monday 11am-7pm weather permitting. We will be listing further events as they are booked. Please check back often. We will be closed tomorrow Monday the 24th. We will be open this week Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. We have the Laos Temple New year celebration approaching soon. We will be set up there on May 16th, and 17th and will be closed Sunday the 18th. Come out and join us for a great experience.
Menu
Our menu is constantly evolving, as we strive to bring new and exciting flavors to our customers. We use only the freshest and highest quality ingredients, and our dishes are made to order. From our Authentic HomeMade PHO to our American comfort food such as southern fried catfish and crab cakes, there is something for everyone on our menu. We will be developing daily specials such as spring rolls, crab Rangoon, or hand rolled eggrolls. Again, please check back often.

From savory noodle bowls to classic Fried catfish, fries, or onion rings, our talented chefs use only the highest quality ingredients to create a unique dining experience. Whether you're craving an authentic Asian dish or an American comfort food favorite, Vy's Kitchen has something to satisfy every taste bud. We even have food for the Kiddo's. Enjoy our Funnel Cakes for dessert.
