To all our customers and those that support our food trailer. I would like to apologize at this time to you all for the spiritic frequency and locations we have been open. I have had significant health issues in the past few months that have kept me in and out of the hospital. I would like to say that the food trailer IS NOT CLOSED or CLOSING. VY is very committed to keeping the business up and running. With that said please refer to the FACEBOOK page: "Vy's Kitchen" she has set up for location and set up times. She will be posting as much as possible with the locations and times at each spot the trailer will be there. I will update this site as often as possible as well. We will open as often as situations allow us, but keep in mind if you are craving PHO or any dishes that we offer she is open to catering any and all events. She would even be open to making individual orders as well, you would just need to contact her ahead of time with your order(s). If interested send an email to Vylai418@yahoo.com and she can provide a text message number to take orders for you. We are going to focus on doing events moving forward as opposed to being open at a static spot each day. Logistically its to much for me right now. If you have a function or event in mind we would love to be allowed the honor of serving you. We are still serving Cargo Largo on Thursdays in the afternoon until 8pm or until business dictates otherwise. Again the FACEBOOK page VY'S KITCHEN is the best source to find our current location.
Menu
Our menu is constantly evolving, as we strive to bring new and exciting flavors to our customers. We use only the freshest and highest quality ingredients, and our dishes are made to order. From our Authentic Home Made PHO to our American comfort food such as fried butterfly shrimp, and crab cakes, there is something for everyone on our menu. We will be developing daily specials such as spring rolls, crab Rangoon, or hand rolled eggrolls. Again, please check back often.
